When it comes to travel, we keep things simple with our ‘Rate + Room’ policy. This means we require our standard hourly or day rate, plus accommodations for any team members on-site. Everything else—flights, ground transportation, meals, rental cars, baggage fees, and other travel-related expenses—is included. No hidden costs, no added stress—just a streamlined approach that lets you focus on your event.
Yes, we offer same-day edits for select projects—such as event highlight reels or headshots—upon request. This service is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. If you're interested in same-day delivery, please let us know during the planning process so we can accommodate your needs accordingly.
Yes, fully edited photos and videos are included as part of our standard services. If you require access to raw files, we can provide them for an additional fee, which covers the handling, transfer, and management of those files. Please let us know in advance if raw file delivery is needed.
Our standard turnaround time for photography is 5 business days. For videography, delivery typically takes up to 2 weeks, depending on the complexity and scope of the project. If you have a specific deadline or time-sensitive request, please let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
The sooner, the better. To officially reserve your date, a signed contract and deposit are required. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend securing your spot as early as possible.
